Billed for Un-Paid Item.

Anyone know the correct procedure:- ?.....

Auction item sold, but buyer failed to pay.  Raised an Open Case under "Resolution center", still unpaid.  However E-Bay billing are charging

me fees as if the item had sold.

you need to close the unpaid case after 4 days, the fees will then be credited to your account
