Bids from foreign country.

Hi all,  I'm in UK and selling a bicycle weighing 16Kg, I've stated buyer pays postage & that anywhere in UK is £22 

Question:  I have 3 or 4 relitivally new ebayers bidding who's profile says they are from Indonesia.  Is there some sort of scam going on ?  Can I ban them from further bids ?

As you haven't quoted P&P outside UK, they may be able to bid, but can't pay.

You would then have to cancel sale, so better to cancel bids as they come in.
