Hi i have an issue with bidding and buying items but have no issue's selling items when i try to place my bid it come's and asks me for a little bit more information to proceed and then i click OK then take's me back to home page .

Have you Linked your PayPal Account to Ebay? Account Tab  >> PayPal  >> Link PayPal Account.
