Bid retracted?!

Hi, I had a bid placed by someone on an item I have up for auction but now I have a message from eBay stating the bid has been retracted and I don't know how to find out why this is? It says to select the 'bid history' link - could someone please enlighten me?? Thanks

Click on the item and then click on the number of bids, even if it says zero, this should then show you who retracted and why.

If it's an invalid bid retraction then you are in your rights to report it as such and the bidder will get a strike on their account.
