Best Offer warning

I received a "Best Offer" on an item & was about to accept when I noticed an ebay message saying that if I accept I would also have to accept alternative methods of payment.

So I declined the offer as I only accept PayPal.

Does anyone know if that is a warning that comes up with all "Best Offers" or could it be just be refering to that individual buyer making the offer?

Not heard of this, was the person making the offer from Overseas. Germany for example does not have to use Paypal so he may not have a Paypal Account.

In the circumstances I think you did the correct thing, it is your item, you set the terms.
