I’ve been trying for months to get seller to respond to me since 11th May.
I bough a mattress from them in September and for 1st while great firm support and best sleep i’ve had.
Then in only matter of months months the spring effect lessens until eventually it’s a permanent dip.
I messaged company in May 11th then again on 18th asking for response.
They eventually replied on 24th May asking for details from me my details purchase info and photos which I provided on 27th as I was away from home and that is last I heard from them.
I messaged again on 14th and 21st June still no response and now they don’t show up on search on eBay.
The mattress came with a 10 year guarantee.
I enquired as to what guarantee covered as i’m assuming normal use which to me sleeping in a bed is and now i’m left with mattress I can’t use but no help from mattress-direct-shop and Catherine.
I tried sending photos of conversation but says not supported.
Youn don't say when you bought the mattress, it sounds like you have missed out on the 30 day deadline to use the ebay mbg.
There are no warranties with ebay. They have the MBG for 30 days from receipt, and after that any complaint is between you and your seller, and any warranty your seller offers is only as good as your ability to enforce it.
If your seller is a business in the UK cotact citizens advice to see what consumer rights you have.
