Why is it a seller with so many bad bad feedback come t is still allowed to con people on eBay????

buyers are supposed to READ the feedback BEFORE making a purchase

 

 

they can then decide whether they want to risk buying from a seller with poor feedback,

 

 

that is the whole point of the feedback system

Sellers are judged on DEFECTS not feedback.

 

As you give no details, the Number of Negatives has to be taken into account when compared with the number of positives, also of course the number of Feedback Revisions should also be considered.

 

Negative Feedbook may be a guide to the number of Defects, but to be considered bad, the number of defects must exceed 2 per 100 Sales. In other words over 2%.
