What do I do at this point? Bought a CPU thru Ebay with a £15 nectar voucher and my credit card. Seller sent a tracked, signed for letter containing a copy of the covid letter Boris sent out last year at the start of covid.
The tracking number matches up with the one on ebay and the region also matches where it was sent from and where the seller is based. Credit Card company said resolve it with them but no-one has responded as of yet.
The store front has also changed drastically to beauty products rather than computer products.
Thanks for any pointers as to the next step in the process
you should have opened a not as described case in the Resolution Centre and sent the letter back for a refund
as you have already contacted your credit card company I doubt you will be able to open a case through ebay.
Credit card company said try and resolve it thru ebay. I've got pictures of the letter and envelope they sent. If i sent this back to them surely they'll just say I've not sent the item back?
Got the pictures of what was sent with the tracking number and such. Do i just return it with the label that this process provides me?
