Has anybody returned a foam mattress which arrives "compressed". If so - please, I beg you tell me how to prepare for collection ! !

At the.same time has anybody had any experience of this Selier?

Good question,  and I'm afraid I do not have the perfect answer.

However,  did you purchase this from a registered business?  Then contact them ask them how do you prepare this item to be returned.

Don't want to sound rude or ungrateful - but already thought of that. Trouble is I'm in an ongoing "war" situation with Bedbustersuk so they are not going to be cooperative. Thank you very much for even replying.

I'm sorry your post did not explain that, and I'm really sorry you are having problems with this seller, maybe try another company selling this item as to how to prepare it , as it needs to be posted.
