Banning certain items to be sold on ebay?

Hello, may I ask a question. If I had a business selling items and only had an internet website or high street shop where I sell. Can I ask ebay or negtiate with ebay that some of the items people buy form me, not to be sold on ebay for a short time after I release the item for sale.

I notice some company's have asked ebay to stop the selling of certain products they sell or remove peopels listings and also pop singers who do concerts are now asking ebay and the secondary market not let tickets be sold on ebay, so wondered if any business could do the same.

If so how do you ask ebay and where would you write to?

ok I can't seem to figure out how to comment back, but that is not what I was asking.  A lot of us are fed up with the disney limited edition dolls, being bougth up by greedy sellers to only buy for profit and stick on for 3 times more as soon as they come out, prices we can't afford. It's not fair that these types of people get them and do not want the doll with only being a few around. Yet there are genuine collectors who want them for life not to profit.  I have tried asking Dinsey if they have tried speaking to ebay about it and maybe get some kind of temporary ban in place after release no one is allowed to put these on for 3 months after that particular doll has been released. Disney just say, they can't do anyting becuase ebya is a seperate company, but show no willingness to even try and talk to ebay on th eissue which is now becoming out of hand.   If dinsye won't do anything to at least increase the numbers of these dolls and beleive a lot of us have tried aksing. Could they not aks ebay to put a temproary ban in place for 2-3 months say that these newly release dolls should not be sold by anybody, this would also put off the greedy people more with intent only to sell and deprive someone of getting their dream limited editon doll at retial price.  That is what I am asking.
