Bank account now required by EBay under new arrangements

Do you know if EBay require a CLEARING bank account or will a Visa  or MasterCard account suffice?

eBay require a Current Account or a Business Account for their Managed Payment scheme.

Money  from payouts,  cannot be paid into debit / credit card accounts.
