Bad feedback

How is it that my rating has gone down from 100% to 95% because of one transaction, I posted 6 items to a buyer and 2 got broke in transit, he asked for a partial refund which I agreed to but when I tried to send it by PayPal I got the message recipient cannot accept funds. I contacted him and told him the problem and he asked me to send a cheque, I told him I don't do chequers he then left bad feedback and now asked for a total refund which I have agreed to. Oh the total refund is £10.80 that's including P&P. I feel I'm being punished by sticking to PayPal and not sending cheques and I don't see how he can get his refund if his account does not accept funds

Are you trying to send money to the buyer rather than refund them using the refund option on the original pay pal transaction page.

 

 

12 months and the negative will be removed
