Just had a few complaints from a buyer after they received a necklace I sold. 1st complained about size and I pointed out that size is clealy displayed in item specifics. Then complained about price and I pionted out that the price, like the size, is also clearly displayed for them to see before they decide to purchase, pictures description 100% accurate. I have return policy but buyer has not asked to return, just keeps moaning about price, several messages. I got the feeling that they were trying to get me to offer a discount and I have not done so. I have now received bad feedback from this buyer regarding a phone case: "wallet didn't fit phone to large for my Sony Xperia Z bad"? This has nothing to do with my jewellery products? What can I do about this. Any help much appreciated.

If the feedback references a different transaction then it can be removed and you should report the matter to eBay customer support.
