I have a chinese seller that keeps pestering me because I left neutral feedback.
To be honest the item was rubbsih but only cost under £2 so was prepared to take a chance.
Just left neutral feedback warning others but now am being pestered to change this saying they will refund & send new item. I don't want either of these and keep telling them but they are still pestering me.
tried to look on ebay as to where I can report this but it's so complicated I just cant work it out!
Sorry but can't seem to reply to my own post.
The item in question were clothes for my grandaughters Barbie doll. They are so badly made they will not even go over the head of the doll so they have obviously not even bothered to make them right in the first place. They show a picture on their selling page that looks nothing like the item I have received. I left neutral feedback not negative feedback for the very reson that the item was cheap, I just wanted to warn prospective buyers!
MY GRIPE IS - why should sellers be able to BUY good feedback? I buy items from sellers with good feedback - if sellers are buying good feedback by saying they will refund and replace items then this is not a true description of them as a seller.
