Awaiting refund

Hello all

I returned an item some time ago but didn't receive the refund.  I asked ebay to step in, provided the info required, but haven't heard anything.

I'm unable to find a number to speak with someone directly as the automated assistant wasn't useful on this occasion.

Any ideas?

How long ago did you open the case?

When did you ask eBay to step in?

If you don’t escalate the case to eBay in time it will time out in favour of the seller and you will not be refunded through eBay.
