Auctions ending early??

I scheduled some auctions to finish on Sunday 30 but 3 people have already won on them? I don't know what's happened? I've looked on my emails and they definitely say to end on the 30 and I didn't do but it now.
I only put them up to start last night on the 23. Am I able to cancel them? Cos I think I would have got more money if it run for a week!

You've been listing as buy it now's and have done so with some current listings

Nobody can force you to post them but if you cancel and refund without buyer agreement you're wide open to a defect and negtive feedback

the result would have been the same if you'd only had one bid
