Auction listing duration

Hello, I Know this sounds like a stupid question but .. Can someone Please clarify / confirm the actual day an auction listing would end IF for example I was to start an auction listing on Tuesday and the duration is for 5 days ?.. Would the auction end on Saturday ?

(( sorry to have to ask but i've received different replies from 2 reps so i'm needing clarification.. again !))

ahhhh !! see, now i'm even more confused as an ebay rep Promised it was Saturday ! But I Trust that what you've said is correct and what he said is just Wrong ! Thank you ruby*tuesday ! even though i'm more confused ( & annoyed at the ebay rep

I am not sure what that chart is for as there are only 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 day Auctions. Even the Chart gives the correct answer to the question bearing in mind all are based on starting on a Monday so to start on a Tuesday you just move forward one day.

Why you needed to ask CS for such a simple question I don't know, you only need to look at any auction to see when it started, for how many days and the time it finishes, or count using your fingers.

It Is true what you say but I can not help being thick and I Was Extremely confused Because Ebay customer services said 100% that it would end on Saturday - he even put me on hold to get further assstance. ruby*tuesday was very very helpful & i'm so grateful to Her but your comment doesn't really help someone with depression & anxiety & a huge dose of confusion but thanks for replying anyway.

the 'chart' made it obvious to me too afterwards so it also helped me ! i still add up on my fingers. if it helps then i'm all for anything that does. not into slamming someones abilities though as i find that has the very opposite .. is it 'affect' or 'effect'... ????
