Auction item collected

Hi

An item I sold was going to be posted but the buyer has collected and paid cash how do I stop being charged a fee on the postage that would have been paid ?

Go to item in sold list, click send payment details,

Alter P&P to 0.00, do not reset, send invoice, then go back to item & mark as dispatched.
