Please can eBay add audio alerts for bids and outbids? It's currently far too easy to miss out if you forget an auction is finishing soon
I can't seem to reply to the answer below, but I disagree with it. Bidding well before the end of an auction the max. you would be willing to pay rarely works, as usually someone will just outbid you. It's far better to bid a small or moderate amount, then to increase your bid at the last 30 seconds or so (20 usually works well.)
I have missed out on far too many auctions due to being on another browser window or screen and there being not audio alert of screen flash to remind me
