My attributes and options keep swapping over without me changing them. I set attributes at the top and options underneath on a multi listing. The next time I check my listing they have swapped around. I have contacted Ebay about this and they have said it is a problem they are working on but this has now been going on for a few months. Ebay also say that it doesnt really matter, I don't agree with them as I believe it is affecting my sales. Any ideas as to how this problem can be solved would be gratefully recieved.
I have contacted ebay about this problem and there is a bug in the system that they are trying to put right, this has been going on for a few months, they assured me it will be sorted out soon. I will have to wait and see.
