Asking for personal details

Had a message regarding payment changes, I started filling in the information when I was asked for my password and pin.  I got so far and realised this is personal information not for anyone else.  I didn't totally complete the infomation.  Called my bank who assured me this is my info only, and not to be shared with anyone and would send new details etc regarding my online banking.   What steps do I need to take now to set the new payments up.  Any help greatly recieved.

Your bank may be strictly correct, BUT if you wish to continue selling on Ebay then you will have to complete the information needed. Linking your Bank Account speeds up the process, doing it manually just means that verification takes longer.

There are many reasons why you do this sort of thing, for example I use a sniping tool to bid and certain information has to be given to do this.

I completed my details this afternoon and am now on managed payments. At every stage of the procedure ebay gave all sorts of information and confirmation that your details were safe. From what I have seen on here, very few people read anything that they are told, then later start asking unnecessary questions.
