I'm selling some oak flooring. A possible purchaser requested to view it before bidding? When we tried to arrange it EBay thinks I'm trying to sell outside of the auction. What is the policy to arrange a viewing?
We all received a reminder near the end of September 2017. No Pre-sale contact info to be shared. Offense 1 seems to be a 7 day message ban but more offenses could lead to an account suspension.
To be able to share contact information - Buyer has to win the bid / Buy it now and then you can share contact info.
If a Buyer comes to view and wants to buy then they can pay cash. If they don't want item, do a mutual cancellation.
