Arrange collection

I’ve sold an item and arranged collection via messages on eBay. The buyer collected the following day and paid via PayPal immediately. How do I get rid of eBay asking me to arrange collection? I’ve clicked ‘arrange collection’ and sent the buyer another message but it still is asking me to arrange collection.

Go to MORE ACTIONS and mark as DISPATCHED. There is no way to mark as collected, unless both you and the buyer are using the Ebay App.

Collection items should be paid in cash, paypal is unsafe as it can be refunded if buyer claims not received.
