Argos delivery from Ebay

My experience with deliveries to Argos from the sellers to this shop looks bad, for the amount of items that were there including mind that was supposed to be there according to Ebay. I can not believe this seller had so many good reviews, still don't understand. I am waiting for my refund. Communication is a paramount when dealing with orders, this was not my case and was frustrating. Sure we have coronavirus but still don't understand.

Do you mean that Argos has lost your parcel? If so you need to call ebay CS on Help and Contact at top of page and ask to speak to a Click and Collect specialist.
