Argos Click and Collect

Hi, i posted an item for a buyer  to Argos (click and collect) over 6 weeks ago (28th Jan) and Argos received it ok, but when the buyer went to collect it a week after that, they told them they had posted it back to me. But i have never received it back ( it shouldn't take 5 weeks to be returned) and now the buyer is demanding a refund.

 

Where do i stand on this as i completed my end of the bargin (as ARGOS receieved the parcel) and they have lost it.  Do i need to refund her or not?

 

Do i need to message ARGOS or Ebay or both about it?
