How can I get a response from Ebay regarding an outstanding appeal. Promised a response by 26th June and still waiting. Csnt find any method of contacting Ebay directly

What sort  of appeal, it would be extremely unlikely that any appeal would be successful.

I only received 50% of the value of a defective item and I want to know why. Nine of the Ebay help seems relevant to my situation as although Ebay acknowledged my appeal I've had no response since. Seller isn't respondingSent from my Galaxy

Just use any option or reason to get the live chat or call back options. Once you are through it doesn't matter how you got there. Some sellers are allowed to reduce a refund in certain circumstances, so if that was why you only got 50%, you might have even more trouble sorting it out.
