Appeal eBay decision to issue refund to buyer

I disagree with ebays decision to issue a refund to a buyer after he claimed item was fake which it isn't he has been rude on messages to me and was acting very immature

I would not hold your breath but it is worth a try

If it is the hoodie then ebay will probably go with the buyer as they will say they do not see the item

Yeah I’ve been on link but nothing comes up with the item ans when I tried to ask block the buyer it said not recognised, I’m really unsure what to do as the item really is genuine

Is a dispute still open as you can only do it after a case has closed. You can put them on your blocked bidders list but that only works when you are not in a transaction with them. Ebay almost always goes with the buyer if they open a not as described dispute
