I ordered from them on 24 November, nothing arrived. I repeatedly contacted them to provide me with tracking information, and just to communicate with me - nothing, zero. I've raised this in the Resolution Centre but have to wait until the 20th before eBay will do anything. (I would really like the goods rather than a refund - it's an Xmas present!) I see they've had 11 negative feedbacks, all saying the same as me - why didn't I look at this before?! 
This is the first really bad experience I've had with eBay in many years - but this is truly atrocious. eBay - dump these fraudsters!!
