Another user is incorrectly using my email address

Dear Community,

There is an eBay user who has the same first and last name as I who has evidently entered my gmail address as their contact address.  This means that I am getting all the emails about bids and purchases from this user.  I know what his username is, but I do not know how to reach him to tell him to make this correction.  How do I go about this?

Contact Ebay from Help and Contact at the top of the Page. Enter "Someone has Used My Account." Scroll down to the Phone Link for EBay to Call you back. Lines open at 8.00 am tomorrow.
