An item I ordered in error moved to 'despatched' within 5 mins so how do I cancel it? It's unfair and inhibitive of making an error. I ordered interior adhesive rather than exterior. I've tried contacting the seller several times and am getting no reply.

Buyers dont have an automatic right to cancel

It may be the seller bought the postage off ebay and it goes onto the item straight away saying dispatched.

You will need to wait until you receive the item and then if the seller has returns accepted you can return it at your own expense.

They dont have to reply

You buy and pay and they send
