Hi

I didn't take my phone to collect, but wrote down the  7 (10?) character code FM/XXXX123.  Entered the parts staring X - but it only accepted a six character code.

Am I being thick???

Resolved: My bad.  1) It wasn't an Amazon purchase and 2) I was at the wrong pick up location   🙂    Be careful out there people - life is confusing 🙂

Edit 2: **bleep**, this isn't even Amazon is it ?  Crikey.  I think I'll go back to bed and try again in a couple of hours.

Edit 3: Ebay has bleeped out, above, the very mildest of curses - you could use it in front of grandmothers, toddlers and nuns.  **bleep**?  Heh.
