Altering postage

Hi

Is it possible to change postage after sale
Buyers choice wanted to post Italy
Even though it states uk only
To post the item is an extra £5
Can I amend the original postage fee

To the right of the item Send payment detials

Adjust the postage and do not reset just view to make sure it is ok and then Send

If you did not have postage to Italy on your listing then you do not have to post it there

The seller would not be able to pay unless you send a new invoice

So you dont send an invoice and open a non paying bidder dispute

If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days

You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback

If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees

You have 32 days to open a dispute

It is up to you
