Allowing a buyer longer to pay

Hi there, could someone please let me know if it's possible to show you have agreed a longer payment term with a buyer please.  I've had really good communication with the buyer and they don't want to have their purchase cancelled.  Any suggestions welcome.  Many thanks.

As long as you haven't set unpaid case to open & close automatically you are fine,

ebay sends a reminder to buyer, but will say "ignore if you have made arrangement with seller"

Unpaid cases have changed recently.
