All searches now showing items from USA and no way to contact eBay by phone

Hi all, since earlier today every time I search for something on eBay UK it comes up with items just from the United States and all prices are showing in US Dollars. I am logged into ebay.co.uk and not eBay.com.

....There is also no longer any option for me to phone eBay or for them to phone me.

I have deleted my browsers cache, cookies and history and even reinstalled my browser but the problem continues.

I have gone to ADVANCED SEARCH SETTINGS and noticed it has changed to "show items only from the United States" and when I change it to United Kingdom and then click OK I get a "this page cannot be displayed" error....

Any ideas? I cannot contact eBay about this and cannot buy anything. Please help.
