All of my existent on ebay account has just disappeared in last few days

I logged back on to my ebay account and discovered everything from my card details to my messages from sellers etc. Purchase history, watching items eveuthing disappeared like its a totally new account what is with this. How did this happen?can someone help i they know. Its years worth of it all just gone..

you are using a different account,

you need to log out and log back in using the old ID and password
