How do I relist an item that has been removed?

When the listing was removed you would have received an email from ebay explaining why.

I wonder if it was because you included the wording 'For more details please message me.' which you have included on the relist.

Potential buyers shouldn't need to message the seller for more details.  Ebay are cracking down on buyers/sellers messaging one another as is it could lead to an off ebay sale.

if ebay have removed a listing you shouldn't relist it, if you do you will end up banned from selling altogether.

If you want to remain on eBay then if they remove an item you NEVER TRY RELISTING IT

If ebay removed it, they did it for a reason.  If you attempt to relist it after you have been warned, you risk losing your account.  But it looks like you've managed to relist it anyway.

You already have a haunted doll listed. Is it the same one ? If not, you can't relist an item that ebay removed. If you do, your account will be suspended.
