Agreed to buy item if buyer would do cash on collection. So seller asked me to make purchase on ebay then I can pay cash on collection (I can prove this as I have all the messages from the seller).
Now the seller isn't responding to my messages and eBay is asking me to pay for item.
How do I resolve this.
