Aggressive emails

I purchased a jacket total £12.10 approx 6 weeks ago. After a few days I asked why it had not been dispatched. The seller was away so offered a refund or I could wait till she returned home , as I was going away myself shortly I said I would prefer the refund. I received the refund about a week later. The seller is now hounding me by email and being really abusive. She says Ebay refunded me as well as her and because she has not repaid them they are blocking her eBay account. I have checked my statements and they only show the £12.10 out and then back in once.  Why would eBay have got involved anyway...no dispute was raised. I wish I had found two refunds to be able to give her the money as she is being so nasty, frightening and aggressive. I feel EBay should deal with this situation I have never come across anything like this, the EBay community are normally very friendly.

I hope this works out.  I echo @red_magpie  about not normally contacting eBay.  It is never a good idea either to contact the seller!  The correct method is that when the latest date for delivery on the sale summary is past you open a "non receipt" case in the resolution centre [link below] and the seller either proves delivery [by tracking] or refunds you.  By acting in the correct manner she gets a fee credit too.

If sellers cannot comply with their obligation to post as soon as paid for [away from home for example] they must take the listing down.

Do-it-yourself agreements outside the eBay systems are a bad idea

The contact eBay about it, see:  https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contact-ebay?id=4379&st=3&pos=2...

Normally I wouldn't suggest contacting eBay over abusive messages, as they dpon't usually want to get involved, but this case is different as the seller alleges that eBay has refunded you.
