I wish to bid on second-hand kitchen knives but I'm unable to do so.
When trying to bid I get a message which comes up stating I need to register a credit card to prove my age age with no link to do this.
I have a credit card registered on eBay proving I am over 18 which I have used to purchase other items,so why can't I bid on these used kitchen knives.
I believe this problem has been going on with eBay for some time any help would be appreciated.
