I tried to send an offer and it didn't let me intill I done a age verification and by doing it I was required to enter my bank details I entered it but I don't know if it a scam or something it said don't worry It wont take any money from it
Bank details will not verify your age, as anyone of any age can hold a bank account.
You need to enter a valid credit card on your eBay account, preferably on your Paypal account, as you have to be 18 years and over to own one of those.
