After a case, ebay have refunded for only 1 of the 3 items that did not arrive

Really frustrated with eBay. No way to contact them.

I ordered 3 of the same item from a seller. Nothing arrived. Had to open a case, no response from seller.

Ebay stepped in and said I had won the case, but ebay only refunded 1 of the 3 items. So now I am out of pocket, annoyed, and hoping someone from ebay can help me here!?

Check on your Purchase History list if it's possible to open individual cases for the other two.   If not you'll need to contact ebay about it. 

Go to My eBay and click on "Help & Contact", top left.   Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.  On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".   You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.  If you end up using the wrong subject they will still help you.
