i had snails which i wanted to get my money back what paid !! well to make it sort and sweet 

i got this from ebay 

We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our Live animals policy. Pets and most live animals aren’t allowed on eBay. The few that can be listed must follow our policy

now the other if u search snails !! there live animals !! why have they not been taken down ...due to this i had to give them away Free yes FREE i will never sell on ebay and give them my fees again void and sell else where my advice ...

Small aquariun snails are permitted, but if you were selling giant African snails they may be classed as pets. EBay only acts whan an item is reported, nothing is done about other similar items on sale.

If you offered delivery to other countries, this might be the issue. In the US, they are considered an invasive species. Or maybe they're also considered invasive here?

Or maybe eBay just got it wrong. Anyone can report any listing for any reason. Reports are probably dealt with by low paid staff somewhere like the Phillipines. EBay often makes mistakes.

i had a chat again with ebay they said it was to do with postage ...i said yes postage others added postage !! but u said it was becouse live animals i have email ...
