please can I have some help / advice 

I posted a package, and then a week later I got a rude email stating it hadn't been delivered ect, I checked the proof of postage and I had put a 8 in rather than a, I checked on the Royal Mail website and it said it was delivered 2 days after I sent it! , i informed the buyer this, and sent the proof of delivery screen shot, she then came back saying that was the wrong address however that was the address that was on eBay as I just printed it out, 

can some one please give me some advice

MAke sur e the tracking is on the item in your Sold section

If the buyer opens a not received dispute and the tracking shows as Delivered to the address you were given then you will win the dispute

You dont need to do any more with the buyer
