If you take the Advanced Search option when setting up a Saved Search the "Exclude words from your search" option messes up the result of the search. I have told eBay about this 3 times now but nothing changes. What happens is that while the search with excluded words does indeed exclude the words stipulated it also excludes masses of items that do not contain the relevant words. It also doesn't work if you do it manually by placing a - (minus) sign in front of a word in the standard search box.
Can someone advise me how to get this problem resolved please ?
