Adding bank account

How do I add my paypal account as my main bank account? I use Paypal for everything.

If you are referring to Ebay's Managed Payments?  You have to add a Current or Business Account.  PayPal is just a Payment Processor.  You can use it for Buying but not as a Seller.

If that's all they are, where did I get my electronic card reader and debit card from? Oh, it was Paypal.
