Activate 0% selling fee not working

When I click on the link in my email to activate the 0% selling fee, it then goes to ebay and states 'Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only'

Can't understand this, am I doing something wrong, as the offers runds until 30th June?!?

I checked mine, not that I sell on this account & works fine.

Did you received offer in ebay messages, that's the only valid way.
