Action needed email

Hi, I've received this email & also had the same message on my eBay account. Does anyone know what this is about? If I click on the "update account info' button it just takes me to my purchase history. The account info tab just shows my phone number/E-Mail address which are both verified & up to date.

According to your listings you are already on Managed Payments, but the reminderipliestat you have not provided Bank Details.

All the methods of payment including Paypal will go to Managed Payments who after deducting fees pay to your bank account. No Bank Account means no payments.

Managed Payments is not new it was introduced to Business Sellers last year and they are wanting all sellers to be using it by May 31st.

How are you receiving payments at the moment, most of the methods of payment are only suitable for MP and  while buyers can still pay by Paypal the money will not go to your Paypal Account.

Thanks for the response, I’ve been using managed payments & been having all money made from sales be sent to my linked bank account with no issues, I’ve checked the payments tab and it shows my bank account with no issues, everything is completely updated so I’m unsure of why I’ve had this message. It says that all payments will be on hold but I’m still receiving daily payouts.
