Accused of selling fake kickers which are genuine

Hi, wondering if anyone can help. Just received messages from a buyer who says the brand new ( genuine) kickers she bought of me are fakes and is being very difficult about returning them. I have asked her to (and accepted the return request via eBay) return and once received I will have a local retailer confirm they are genuine at which point I will expect original and return postage refunded to me. If she bothers to return them can I be refunded what she's cost me? If she leaves me neg Fb, can I have it removed?. It seems she's after a free pair of boots, what can I do to stop her getting away with this and damaging my very good seller fb?, any guidance or suggestions would be most appreciated. Ps, she has very low (5) feedback which I was mildly concerned about when purchased and it seems my gut instinct was right 😞
