Help i received this morning, ive provided all the documentation they requested, ive been on ebay as a registered buyer & seller for 18 years. I open up a business account as i thought it was the right thing to do. I sold quite a few items with small margin to get some feedback raised the prices and start selling well then get hit with this email. (I had just hit 100 sales)
So my own personal account is also now restricted. Ive had good feedback, i have spoken to customer services ebay who cant understand why the decision was made which has then gone back to the fraud team. Im an accountant so have to abide by a code ofethics, i resolved any issues, i reply within 30 mins to customers, i sort out the majority of the issues where there is any, There has only been 1 neutral feedback. Cant understand why and have received no indication from Ebay as to why. All i can think of is that they werent making any money from me as i was on there covid scheme so no final fees for 3 months and generated £28k worth of revenue.
