I am unable to buy anything on Ebay. When I go to checkout it tells me to update the quantity or check my account status. As far as I can see everything is fine with my account and I haven't changed anything. Why is this happening and what can I do?
We can't see your account, BUT you have not been very active recently and it is possible that ebay have put a limit on your purchases as a security measure. Can you not see any details on your account with a restriction on purchases.
